This winter view of the Torridonian giant Liathach comes from atop its giant neighbour Being Eight in the heart of the Torridon wilderness in the Scottish Highlands. The thick winter coat of ice creates an ethereal ghost of an otherwise ruggedly awesome mountain.
I used collaged materials such as cloth and pebbles to tackle the immensity of this mountain subject.
